Elder Baucom in Virginia

  What's up everybody, another good 2 weeks here in Providence, Virginia. Start of me being out of training. Chahooo.  We just recently got the news that our p day has been changed so that it's 11-9 and we have 3 hour weekly planning. We found out that you can actually plan for 3 hours. It was pretty lit actually. Also we have lessons tonight so we kinda just got our p day taken a little bit. So I am speed running this email not gonna lie As we started this transfer we got the news that our car is gone again. So we are back to biking everywhere. It snowed the other day so we are bundled up like the Michelin man just riding round Providence. It's a good time.  We had a zone conference this week where all the missionaries in the southern part of Virginia come together and get fired up. Howdy yall we are back after what was just a couple of days since temple p days and honestly not a whole lot has happened.  This week we got transfer news and it turns out I am staying. The only person in our apartment who is leaving is Elder Sharp and he is such a dog so that will be a big hit. But other than that same comp Elder Rogers and Elder Whaley will also be a part of the apartment. Which will still be very fun. I was hoping to stay to see all of our friends' baptisms so that was definitely a prayer answered.  Another thing that happened this week was me and Elder Whaley went on an exchange. We were just cruising around on bikes the whole day and had a very successful day. At some point some lady in a parking lot after having a normal conversation with her drove by and handed us a cd talking about the antichrist and asked if we can prayerfully consider the info in there.   What's up everybody! I am nearing the end of my second transfer here in Providence. About to be out of training out here. Yeah what's up greenies.  Today is my temple p day so that's why the email is coming out on hump day. On the drive over right now and I can't wait to go. It's been since the MTC so I am really excited.  This has been a crazy week and a half. It has started to get cold over here alongside some rain finding opportunities to start to slow down. Despite that we have been able to have some good success and our friends have been progressing pretty well.  First things first I guess my mission is splitting into 2. We got the news this week and there is now going to be a Norfolk Virginia mission. It all starts on July 1st so we have a minute until then but that was still crazy news. So I have the chance to be transferred to another mission with a new mission president and everything. Still not sure what to think because I already love my mission preside...

  What's up again everybody! 12th overall week in the field starting to feel like unc. But I really have been enjoying it every week. It's been really fulfilling.  Well this pday was a great time. We played scum for about three hours and I was drawing comparisons to 2000s Shaq absolutely dominant. Was kings spot the whole time except when Elder Sharp took it from me in the last bit but it was honestly just a charity move on my end. After that we played some basketball and overall it was a pretty awesome p day.  This week we had exchanges with our DL, Elder Sharp. Me and Elder Sharp currently don't have sim cards so we had to go off the grid the whole day. We were able to visit some cool people, we dunked on some random kids that we drove past, hit up b dubs and we were also able to put the other Elder's friend Matthew on date. This was their first lesson with him and Elder Sharp and I didn't even know what he looked like. But despite the odds it was an awesome lesso...

  What's up yall! This week was honestly a pretty uneventful week in all honesty.  We had a fun p day where we went to this place called Mission BBQ which is insanely good. After that we carved some pumpkins and not to flex or anything but we did win the contest between every one in the zone. After that we went over to great clips and I got faded and officially have been rocking the missionary haircut.  We have been having a find grind every day. Although not much was found with that. The weather here has been a nice constant of rain storms so trying to stop people from getting out of the rain to talk about Jesus was pretty difficult. My current trainer really lets me be in control of our findings. He says he is trying to help me grow but when he just leaves everything to me I start to question his motivations.
